Not everyone who interacts with your space is a full tenant. Some buy a pass, book a conference room, or attend an event. Doorza tracks these guests separately so you have a record of every interaction without inflating your tenant count. Guests get their own profiles, their own activity history, and their own portal where they can log in, purchase passes, book resources, and view statements. They are treated as first-class users, just not counted as tenants.
