When mail arrives at your space, staff log it by photographing the exterior and assigning it to a tenant. The tenant is notified by email and can view the image from their portal. From there, they choose what to do: request it be opened, shredded, or forwarded. Staff are notified of the request, handle it, and update the status. If the tenant requests opening, staff photograph the contents and upload the image. Spaces can choose which actions to enable and optionally assign fees for specific actions.
